Tom Daley will take the first major step towards reclaiming his 10-metre platform world title at the World Series in Edinburgh this weekend.
He returns to senior international competition for the first time since he won Olympic bronze in an epic final at the London Aquatics Centre eight months ago.
He will head a strong nine-member Great Britain team this weekend which also includes women's European platform synchro champions Tonia Couch and Sarah Barrow from Plymouth.
Heart's Michaela Richards spoke to Tom before he left Plymouth, she started by asking him how he felt about the competition.
