A man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder following an alleged hit-and-run.
A man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder following an alleged hit-and-run.
A 20-year-old man suffered two broken legs in the incident in Tweed Street, Grangemouth, at about 4.30am on Saturday.
Akib Rehman Sharief Aslam, 21, was charged with attempted murder, assault and theft when he appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court today.
He was also charged under the Road Traffic Act and the Communications Act 2003.
He made no plea or declaration and was released on bail.
