Terms and Conditions to Heart Scotland's Winning Weekend

RULES

1.   The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found athttp://www.heart.co.uk   (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to McDonald Flooring radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 1st – 2nd November 2014 on Heart Radio Scotland.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.   To enter the Competition an Entrant must Call 03457 414 313 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The Telephone Line will open and close when the presenter announces on Saturday 1st November and Sunday 2nd November 2014.   All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenters and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

4.    All you have to do is identify the Famous Footsteps from our Floor Fillers, and the identify  who sang the song for a chance to win £250 cash.  The presenters will open the phone lines and encourage listeners to call in and they will pick a caller at random from the phone lines.

5.    If the listener can correctly identify what the presenters are talking about they will win.

6.    The winner will be contacted by a representative from the Sponsorship and Promotions department at Heart Radio on details on how they can claim their prize within 14 days.

7.     Age restriction is over 18s only

8.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
