Why not have a go at making your own edible Heart Santa's yourself just follow these 8 easy steps!
You will need: 1 punnet of Strawberries, Icing sugar, Double cream, Decorative Gold or Silver Balls (for the eyes), Bowl, Electric Whisk!
Carefully wash & hull the Strawberries
Slice off the thinner end of the Strawberries, this is to make Santas hat!
Pour your Double Cream into a bowl, whisk using an electric hand whisk until thick. Add icing sugar to taste, whisk in.
Using the fatter part of the Strawberry (the body), blob on Santas buttons using a cocktail stick.
Then, using a teaspoon, or if possible an icing piping bag, put a dollop of cream onto the ‘body’ part of the Strawberries. Place Santas Hat on top.
Put a little blob of cream on top of Santas hat.
Place 2 Decorative Golden Ball's on the front as Santa's Eyes and dust with icing sugar! Then enjoy!
