Car Crashes Into Pumps At Petrol Station

A car's crashed into pumps at a petrol station in Hampshire.

Police were called to the Texaco garage at the service station at The Bridges, on the westbound A31 at Ringwood, at 6:28am on Wednesday 12 June.

Fire crews were also sent to the scene, with reports initially that the collision had caused a fire.

However, police say on arrival there was no fire, though there was a small fuel leak.

The 26-year-old female driver of the red Ford Fiesta suffered minor injuries, thought to be whiplash, and her vehicle has now been recovered. 

The petrol station is expected to be closed all day while the damage is repaired by engineers.
