Dad Attacked In Front Of Young Daughter

A dad's been attacked in Waterlooville in front of his 5-year-old daughter.

Police are appealing for information after the man was assaulted as he walked into Jubilee Park from Milton Road, between 9.30 and 10am on Tuesday 27 August.
 
The 28-year-old man was walking with his five-year-old daughter when he was approached by a man who punched and kicked him. Officers say the attack appears to be unprovoked.
 
The man sustained swelling to his head and a grazed elbow as a result of the incident.
 
The offender is described as:
- White
- Mid 20s
- Approximately 6ft 1ins tall
- Fat build
- Wearing light blue jeans, a jumper with a motif on the front and a brown peaked cap.
 
PC Rob Kilgallon of Waterlooville police station said:

“This is an isolated incident. There is the possibility that there may have been numerous dog walkers using Jubilee Park at the time it occurred, please contact us if you have any information.”
