Fred Dinenage To Get Honorary Degree
Almost 2,600 students will graduate from Southampton Solent University this month during the University's annual graduation ceremonies at Southampton Guildhall.
Students will graduate with degrees and professional qualifications during 10 ceremonies from 19-23 November, in subjects ranging from journalism to sport science and business management to TV and film production.
Southampton Solent University Chancellor, Admiral The Right Honourable Lord West of Spithead, and the Chair of the Board of Governors, Grahame Sewell, will preside over the graduation ceremonies, which will also be available to friends and relatives on a live webcast.
Professor Van Gore, Vice-Chancellor of Southampton Solent University, says:
"The graduation ceremonies are the highlight of the University's year, when we celebrate the achievements of our students and our staff. The academic excellence and 'real world' skills secured at Solent University are crucial to the individual and to future economic growth. Warmest congratulations to everyone who will be graduating this year."
