Goodwood Revival Festival

The Goodwood Revival Festival 2010 takes place from the 17th-19th September.

It gives visitors of all ages the chance to step back in time and experience motor racing as it used to be.  Every year, most visitors get into the spirit of the event by dressing in clothing from the 1940s, '50s and '60s.

The restored circuit is unchanged from its heyday (1948-1966) and great care's been taken to ensure everything on the site is exactly as it was.

The Revival offers visitors the opportunity to leave the ‘modern world’ behind and join motor sport luminaries including Sir Stirling Moss, Richard Attwood, John Surtees and Derek Bell in an unabashed celebration of flat-out wheel-to-wheel racing around a classic racetrack, untouched by the modern world.

No modern vehicles are allowed on the circuit and there are bands playing 1950s music.
