Detectives from Hampshire's Major Investigation Team have arrested a 25-year-old Southampton man on suspicion of the murder of Agim Hoxha.
The man was arrested with assistance of the Italian police in Rome on Friday, May 11th.
Detectives have been working on the investigation since April 10, when the body of the 29-year-old crane driver was found in the boot of a burning car in Chilworth on the outskirts of Southampton.
Arrangements are being made with the Italian authorities to have the man escorted back to the UK from Italy where he will be questioned by detectives on his arrival in Hampshire.
