Man Charged Over Southampton Stabbing

Police investigating the stabbing of a teenager in Southampton have charged a man.
Officers were called to Mansel Park in Millbrook on Friday night, 28 June.
Lee Martin Storey, aged 21, from Southampton, is accused of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) to a 19-year-old man - and possession of a bladed article.
Mr Storey remains in police custody ahead of his scheduled appearance at Southampton Magistrates Court today (Monday 1 July).
Four other people arrested on suspicion of being involved in the assault were released on police bail until various dates in August 2013 pending further enquiries.
The victim remains in hospital to be treated for a stab wound, which is not life-threatening. The assault is no longer being treated as attempted murder.
