Man Found Unconscious In Southampton

Police are trying to find out what happened to a man who was found unconscious behind a bank in Southampton.

The 26-year-old from Bitterne was found with facial injuries behind HSBC in London Road at around 12.30am on Wednesday May 19.
 
He was taken by ambulance to Southampton General Hospital to receive treatment.
 
PC Jamie Sharp said:

“We are trying to establish how this man received these injuries and are keen to talk to anyone who may have seen anything at this location between 12am and 12.20am.
 
“It is unknown if the man fell over or if he was the victim of an assault.”
