Police in Southampton appeal for a taxi driver to get in touch after man found with head injuries.
Police in Southampton are appealing for a taxi driver to get in touch, as he might have vital information about a man who was found in the street with serious head injuries.
It’s believed the driver may have vital information about what happened to the man.
The 61 year old was found in Dyer Road, Shirley on Saturday night. An ambulance was called and the man was taken to Southampton General Hospital where he remains under observation.
It’s thought a taxi was in the area around the time the man was found lying injured on the ground.
Anyone with information should call police on 101 quoting Operation Agnew.
