Search For Distressed Woman On Hayling Island

Officers are trying to trace a woman missing on Hayling Island.

A member of the public approached an officer yesterday afternoon, 18th December 2013, to say they had seen a woman aged in her late teens to early twenties in a distressed condition, walking in the Beachlands area of the seafront.
 
She was wearing what appeared to be a pink dressing gown.
 
A search for the woman is continuing.
