Teen Left With Broken Arm After Attack

An 18 year old has had his arm broken after being attacked in an alleyway.

Police in Havant are appealing for a witness to come forward following an assault in an alleyway off Priorsdean Crescent on Friday, November 12.

It happened between 7pm and 7.30pm – the victim suffered facial injuries and a broken arm and was taken to the Queen Alexandra hospital.

A 26-year-old man from Havant has been arrested in connection with this incident and is currently on bail until January 5.

PC Andrea Heywood said:

"Our enquiries have brought to light the fact that a man out walking his dog may have witnessed this assault and may have tried to intervene. We would encourage him to come forward as soon as possible, as he may have important information that could help us with our investigation."
