Detectives have charged a man with attempted murder after a 41-year-old was stabbed during a row in Waterlooville.
He needed hospital treatment after being knifed in the neck in Delphi Way on Tuesday, April 29.
Shaun Alun Jones, aged 47, of Delphi Way, Waterlooville has now been charged with trying to kill him.
He has been remanded into custody to appeared before Portsmouth Crown Court on Tuesday, May 27.
A Hampshire Police spokesman said:
"We would like to reassure members of the public that this is an isolated incident and there is no information to suggest a wider risk to the community."
