Woman Glassed In The Face In Portsmouth Club

A 21-year-old woman has needed 18 stitches after being smashed in the face with a glass at a Portsmouth club.
Police say it happened at Tiger Tiger at Gunwharf Quays between 12.10am and 12.20am on Sunday 19 January 2014.
The victim was standing with friends inside the club when she was nudged from behind and then had a glass smashed into her face by an unknown woman. She was left with cuts to her face and neck which required approximately 18 stitches.
The female suspect is described as:
White
Approximatley 25-years-old
5ft 5 - 5ft 6 tall
Slim build
Long black hair
DC Jackie Foley said:
"The assault on the 21-year-old victim was serious and unprovoked. This was a busy nightclub and I'd urge anyone who saw what happened to contact us."
