Work officially begins to dual the A11 around Thetford today.
Over the last few weeks trees have been removed and the way cleared for the new route of the dual carriageway between Norfolk and Suffolk.
Today the Roads Minister Stephen Hammon will join an official event to mark the start of the building projtec.
The £105 million scheme will mean the last part of the A11 between Fiveways and Thetford will finally become dual carriageway.
It's expected to be completed in December 2014 and will cut journey times to London by up to 30 minutes.
