Bury st Edmunds: Lorry Hits House

Emergency teams are working to free the driver of a lorry which has hit a house in Bury St Edmunds.

Paramedics are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision involving a lorry which has collided with a house.

Heart's being told ambulance crews are in attendance at Hollow Road/Holderness Road after they were called at 11.58am.

Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: "Paramedics are working closely with the fire service to gain access to the trapped casualty. The problem is there are trees and shrubbery around the lorry which is proving difficult to reach the patient."
