Bury St Edmunds: Two Men Robbed by Gang

Police in Bury St Edmunds are appealing for information after two men were robbed by a gang.
The incident occurred on Oakes Road at around 2.15am this morning.
Four men wearing balaclavas approached the two men and demanded their cash and property. Two offenders were carrying knives.
A fight broke out and the victims received punches and kicks. Both men were seen to by an ambulance crew but sustained no serious injuries.
A rucksack containing cash, bankcard and clothes were stolen.
Officers want to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed this incident, or anyone else with information about this robbery.
