Buxhall: Man Found Dead in Road

Police are asking for help to find out what happened to an elderly found dead in a road in Buxhall in Suffolk on Tuesday.
Police were called by the ambulance service to reports that a man had been found laying in the road in Brettenham Road, Buxhall at around 3.40pm Tuesday afternoon.
A man, believed to be in his 70s was found to have serious head injuries and sadly died at the scene.
The road was closed at the junction of Brettenham Road and Kiln Lane whilst officers made inquiries but it has now reopened.
The cause of the man's injuries is unclear at this stage and police say they are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Sergeant Bob Patterson of Suffolk's Serious Collision Investigation Team said: "The circumstances surrounding this incident are still unclear. This man has sadly lost his life and we are trying to piece together information to ascertain what happened.
"Initial reports suggest that the man may have fallen into the road, but we are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area and witnessed what happened to get in contact with us."
