Police in Ipswich have arrested a man on suspicion of rape after a woman reported being attacked this weekend.
It happened on Sunday (16th June) in the early hours of the morning in Tavern Street. That's in the town centre, near the Tower Ramparts Shopping Centre.
The 29 year old man from Ipswich is being held in the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

A 29-year-old man from Ipswich who was arrested on suspicion of rape has been bailed pending further enquiries.
The man was arrested on suspicion of rape following an incident in Tavern Street, Ipswich, in the early hours of Sunday 16 June.
He must return to Martlesham Police Investigation centre on Tuesday 26 June.
