Ipswich: Masked Men Rob Shop

Masked men armed with a knife have robbed at shop in Ipswich last night taking cash and alcohol.
Police in Ipswich are appealing for witnesses following the robbery at the convenience store.
At approximately 8pm last night, Saturday 15 March, whilst a shop worker was working at the rear of the shop in Clapgate Lane in Ipswich, a masked man came into the shop and threatened him with a knife.
Two to three further masked men also entered the shop, telling a group of customers to stay at the front of the shop whilst they proceeded to take money from the till and alcohol before leaving.
All of the men wore dark clothing and balaclavas or masks over their faces.
No one was injured during the robbery.
Police carried out a number of enquiries last night and into the early hours of this morning, and these will continue today, speaking with local people living nearby and reviewing CCTV in the area.
Officers say they are very keen to hear from anyone who was in the Clapgate Lane area,(near to Mildmay Road) last night, who may have any information in relation to this incident.
