The supergroup will be playing Ipswich Chantry Park on Sunday 29th June this year.

Today the group announced two more open air concerts and will be supported by special guests pop giants Backstreet Boys, Scouting For Girls, 5ive and dancers Diversity.

McBusted is the combination of two of the most successful pop/rock bands in the UK, Busted and McFly.

Between them, they have 14 number one records, 20 top three singles and a massive 15 million record sales.

The two open air gigs have been added to their massive 35-date 2014 arena tour which includes headlining at the British Summer Time festival at Hyde Park in July. The three dates the boys are playing at the O2 arena in London have already sold out.

McBusted said, “We can’t wait to be adding further outdoor shows and look forward to playing all the Mcfly and Busted hits.”

The Backstreet Boys are excited to be playing in East Anglia for the first time:

“We also haven’t played on the East Coast of the UK before so we’re looking forward to seeing all your faces and can’t wait!”

Completing what is likely to be the biggest weekend of music Ipswich has ever seen.
