Ipswich: Woman Arrested Over Stabbing

A 24-year-old woman been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a 42 year old man in Dillwyn Street in Ipswich over the weekend.
Police were called to a flat in the road just after 6.40pm, Saturday 4 January, and found the man with stab wounds to his body. The 42-year-old remains in Addenbrookes hospital in a stable condition.
This evening, Sunday 5 January, police have arrested a 24-year-old woman on suspicion of conspiracy to commit GBH.
She has been taken into custody at Martlesham Police Investigation Centre where she will be interviewed by officers.
Police are continuing to ask anyone with information about the incident to call Suffolk Police by dialling 101.

Last night, Sunday 5 January, police arrested the woman on suspicion of conspiracy to commit GBH.
She was taken into custody at Martlesham Police Investigation Centre and has subsequently been released on police bail. She is due to return on Monday 3 February.
