Lowestoft: Cyclist Suffers Head Injuries In A12 Crash

A cyclist has suffered serious head injuries after a collision with a lorry on the A12 at Lowestoft.

The 38-year-old has been taken to the James Paget Hospital after the crash just before 10am.

One lane of the A12 northbound, north of Lowestoft, has been re-opened.

The dual carriageway north of Rackhams Corner was closed after the collision close to the Blundeston turning.

Police are asking anyone who saw the incident to call Suffolk Police on 101.
