Man in Hospital After Reported Stabbing

Areas of Ipswich town centre have been cordoned off and a 33-year-old woman has been arrested following a reported stabbing in Ipswich at around 3am this morning.

The woman was taken into custody shortly after the incident, which took place in the Angel Lane and Fore Street area of the town.

The victim, a 42-year-old man, was taken to Ipswich hospital with possible stab wounds. He is not thought to be in a life-threatening condition.
