Teenager Shot With Air Gun In Ipswich

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenage boy was shot with an air weapon in Ipswich.

It happened in Alexandra Park by the Grove Lane entrance, shortly after 6pm on Friday 23 May.
 
A 15 year-old was walking through the park with a friend, when he was hit on the side of the face by a pellet, causing reddening to the skin. 

He then saw a group of teenagers nearby with a small black air weapon.
 
The group of teenagers are described as white, aged between 16 to 17-years-old, all had short hair and were wearing dark coloured hooded tops.
