Woman Made to Pay Back Crime Cash

A woman convicted of involvement with 3 cannabis factories has been forced to pay back 280 thousand pounds in assets after a 3-year legal battle.

Phu Ha Bui from Ipswich Road, Colchester was part of an organised crime gang running factories in Ipswich and was jailed for 4 years in 2007.

However, police realised she'd bought  things like cars, and a big house in Colchester as a result of her crimes.

Her brother and 3 other Vietnamese nationals were also jailed over it.
