Banbury: Six Charged After Child Sexual Exploitation Raids

Six men have been charged in connection with an investigation into child sexual exploitation in Banbury.

The offences relate to five female victims and took place in Banbury and surrounding areas between 2011 and 2014, when victims’ ages ranged between 13 to 15.

The men were arrested during a series of raids on Tuesday morning and have been charged with a total of 22 offences.

Ahmed Hassan-Sule, aged 20, of Glyndebourne Gardens, Banbury, has been charged with nine counts of sexual activity with a child.

Said Saleh, aged 20, of Orchard Way Banbury, has been charged with one count of sexual activity with a child.

Mohamed Saleh, aged 21, of Orchard Way, Banbury, has been charged with two counts of sexual activity with a child and one count of rape of a female under 16.

Takudzwa Hova, aged 21, of Broughton Road, Banbury, has been charged with one count sexual activity with a child, one count of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and one count of rape of a female under 16.

Kagiso Manase, aged 20, of Warwick Road, Banbury, was charged with two counts of sexual activity with a child and two counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

Alexandru Nae, aged 19, of Broome Way, Banbury, has been charged with one count of sexual activity with a child and one count of rape of a child under 16.

They have all been remanded in custody and are scheduled to attend Banbury Magistrates' court today (26/06).
