A Oxfordshire man and his young daughter have been found safe and well after going missing three days ago.
Ewan and Tanith Powell were discovered in the Didcot area of Oxfordshire this evening after last being seen on Saturday morning when Mr Powell collected her from her mother's home in Worcester for a prearranged visit, Thames Valley Police said.
Tanith, three, was due to be collected by her mother from Mr Powell's home in Benson, Oxfordshire, on Monday, but they could not be found and a missing persons appeal was launched by police yesterday.
A force spokesman said there had been one unconfirmed sighting of the 42-year-old and his daughter in Benson and several others in Oxfordshire and that Mr Powell had vacated his home shortly before going missing.
She said: "Missing man Ewan Powell, aged 42, of Benson, Oxfordshire, and his daughter Tanith Powell, aged three, from Worcestershire, have both been found safe and well today in the Didcot area.
"Thames Valley Police would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance locating them.''
