4 June 2013, 06:00
A consultation's started on the environmental impact of the planned high speed rail line from London to Birmingham.
The route is due to go through Brackley and Wendover on its way to the West Midlands.
HS2 is holding information days for the public to find out what's being done to try and minimise the effects of the line during the building and operation of it.
They're being held on the 4th June at the Calvert Green village hall in Cotswold Way from 12-8pm.
There is also a public meeting at Stoke Mandeville Stadium at the Olympic Lodge hotel on Mon 24th June while there's another opportunity for people in Dunsmore, Wendover and Halton to find out more at the Wendover memorial hall on Sat 29th June.
In total a series of 26 public meetings are being held along the route to find out people's views on the draft Environmental Statement, looking at the initial assessment of the effects of the line.
