Cuttleslowe: Fire At Flats

Five families affected by a fire at a block of flats in Oxford - have spent the night temporary accommodation.

Oxford City Council says the properties were badly damaged when it broke out in Hawksmoor Road in Cuttleslowe at around 9.30am yesterday.

People had to be evacuated from the building and the area was cordoned off for investigations.

Two people are being questioned on suspicion of arson.
