A man’s been charged with attempted murder – after a woman was attacked with a weapon in Reading.
Police have told Heart they were called to Grafton Road in Tilehurst at around 7.28pm on Friday where they found the woman in the garden of a house.
She was left with injuries to her arm, head and back after being attacked with an “unknown bladed weapon”.
She's now in a stable condition at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading.
A 38-year-old man from Reading has been charged in connection with the attack, he'll appear in court on Monday 19th August 2013.
