More than 100 employees at a Berkshire IT firm that's in administration are set to be taken on by O2.
A total of nine hundred fifty redundancies have been announced at 2E2 - including 146 in Newbury and Reading.
But Slough-based O2 has bought part of the business and will transfer 107 staff.
They are part of the Managed Services wing of the company.
O2 says the purchase will help them expand its Enterprise Business.
Business Director Ben Dowd said: "We have seen exceptional demand from customers choosing our Enterprise ICT services in recent years and this continues to grow.
"Mobiles are now computing assets at the heart of any IT strategy.
"This acquisition strengthens our offering and cements our positions as the leading provider of ICT services for enterprise customers."
