Police are telling Heart they've charged a man with murder over the death of a man in Newbury.
Simon Velvick, 41, from Newton Road in the town, is appearing in court today.
Police say Mark Campbell died of a brain haemorrhage - he was found by paramedics at The Nightingales on Wednesday evening.
Four others arrested have also been questioned in connection with the investigation - they've been bailed
A 42-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been bailed until 22 July.
A 19-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been bailed until 19 July while a 20-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of affray has been bailed until 18 July.
Detective Chief Inspector Ian Hunter said: "I would like to reassure the public that we believe this to be an isolated incident."
Superintendent Robin Rickard said "We would like to thank the public for their cooperation during our investigation. Incidents such as these, while rare, can be distressing and disruptive to the local community.
"Our neighbourhood policing teams will be carrying out extra patrols in the area to address any concerns residents may have a provide reassurance."
