A man has been found dead at a theatre in Oxford.
Police were called to the Pegasus Theatre at around 2.15pm and said they are treating his death as ``unexplained but not suspicious''.
Head of marketing at the arts centre Gill Jaggers said: ``Most members of staff are in the office building right at the back. The police came and said something had happened and we were not to leave the building.''
The theatre, set up in 1962, specialises in performing arts for young people, but also hosts conferences and other events.
A spokeswoman for Thames Valley Police said: ``We were called at 2.15pm to the Pegasus Theatre. A man was found deceased in the building. Officers are treating the death as unexplained but not suspicious.''
She said she did not think there were health and safety concerns around his death.
