War Medals Stolen In Henley

Military medals dating from the 1800s have been taken during a burglary in Henley.
Police say it happened on January 7th at a house near Fair Mile.
Detective Constable Georgina Bradley, said:
"The victim was particularly saddened by the theft of the medals as they belonged to her great grandfather, who was honoured for his bravery in the mid-1800s.
"I am appealing to anyone with any information about the location of the medals to contact police."
A Rolex watch, gold locket and and a gold name plate were also taken.
