An 11-year-old girl has reported being asked to get into a car with two men on her way to school in Winnersh.
She was walking in Whatmore Lane yesterday (08/05) at around 8.40am, when a white high-top van with two men pulled up beside her.
The driver, believed to be Asian, asked the girl if she would sit next to him.
The girl ran away and hid behind some signage, while the van drove away. A parent then walked with her to school, where the incident was reported to police.
The girl was unharmed.
The van is reported to have a 61 registration plate with a red sticker approximately 8ins by 2ins in size, above the rear bumper.
