Pictures have been released of people that police think might have vital information about an armed robbery in Basingstoke.

Two men went into the Wonderland nightclub in Churchill Way and threatened a member of staff with what is believed to be a hand gun.

He was tied up by the robbers – who then stole more than £10,000.

Officers are looking for two white men who had their faces covered – and ran away towards Church Street after the robbery, at around 1pm on Monday, February 25.

Detective Sergeant Danielle Daltrey said: “We would like to speak to the people pictured in these CCTV images as they may have information that is vital to this investigation.

“We believe all these people may have been in Basingstoke at times relevant to the time of this offence and would like to speak to them as potential witnesses.

“If this is you or you know someone in the images, please contact Basingstoke CID as soon as possible. Equally if you know anything about this incident or who may be responsible for it, we want to hear from you.”

Anyone with information, should call Basingstoke CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
