The body of a diver who went missing off of Salcombe on Saturday has been found by police.
54 year old Robert 'Bob' Tucker from Tamwoth in Staffordshire was part of a group visiting from the Midlands.
His disappearance sparked a massive search with the RNLI, rescue helicopter, a nearby Royal Navy vessel as well as a number of personal and private boats all involved.
The search continued the next day until a body was discovered on the seabed by police divers which was later identified as the missing man.
It is not currently known what happened but an investigation is due to begin.
His family have been told and are recieving support from trained officers.
