Do You Know This Cash Point Thief?

Police in Torbay are asking the public to put a name to this image of a man following the theft of money from a cash point in Torquay.

The incident happened in Union Street last June when the victim accidently left some money from a withdrawal in the machine. 

The man police are looking to question is a white man with short hair, wearing white trainers, dark trousers and a black and white hooped T shirt.
