Family tribute to North Wales MI6 worker

The family of a North Wales MI6 worker found dead at his flat in London have paid tribute to a loving, generous son.

Gareth Williams from Anglesey was found dead last week at a flat in Pimlico, London.

His family have released a statement paying tribute to a "generous, loving son, brother and friend".

The statement said:

"Gareth was a generous, loving son, brother, and friend, and he was a very private person.

"He was a great athlete, and loved cycling and music.

"His loss has devastated us and we would ask that anyone with information to come forward and assist the police inquiry."

Meanwhile Police say he was last seen alive eight days before his body was found.

Scotland Yard detectives revealed the 30-year-old was seen in London on Sunday August 15.
