12 People Found In Refrigerated Lorry In The West Midlands

12 people have been found in the back of a refrigerated lorry on the M6 in the West Midlands.
Police stopped the vehicle between the Hilton services and J10a of the motorway, after they recieved a distressed call from a man who was travelling inside it around 9am this morning.
He was requesting urgent assistance for himself and his companions.
The motorway was closed by officers from Staffordshire Police, West Midlands Police and the highways agency.
The 12 individuals, located within the vehicle, are now being seen by colleagues from the ambulance service should they require medical attention, and where appropriate will be taken into custody.
