Police in Birmingham have issued an urgent appeal to trace Delroy Huxtable aged 38, who has been missing since yesterday morning.
Officers have told Heart: "Delroy, who is extremely vulnerable and has learning difficulties, was last seen at 9.30am Friday 25 April getting onto the Number 8 bus in Golden Hillock Road, Small Heath, to go to a day centre in Saltley."
Police are extremely concerned for his welfare after it is thought he may not have arrived.
Delroy, from Farmer Road, Small Heath, is described as black, with light stubble, wearing jeans, a grey jumper with a diamond pattern, a black coat with a hood and black shoes.
Force Incident Manager Chief Inspector Sean Russell said: "We urgently need to trace Delroy, he has learning difficulties and finds it difficult to communicate with people.”
Anyone who has seen Delroy should call police on 101
