Charity run in memory of Christina Edkins

Friends of murdered schoolgirl Christina Edkins are planning a charity run in her memory.

The 16 year old was travelling from Birmingham to Leasowes school in Halesowen on Thursday March 7th when she was stabbed to death on the number 9 bus.

A 22 year old man has been sectioned under the mental health act and police say he'll be charged in due course.

Jon Kelley is Christina's friend and says they want to raise money for a memorial bench for her in Birmingham.
