Man Arrested In Shrewsbury Murder Investigation

A man has been arrested and bailed by police investigating a murder in Shropshire.

West Mercia Police were called to a business in Featherbed Lane, Shrewsbury at 8am on Christmas Eve, December 24. 

A post mortem has been carried out on the body of the woman, who's believed to be in her forties. Her next of kind have also been informed, although details have not been released into how she died. 

The 45-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail while inquiries continue.
