Queen's Baton Relay Comes To Birmingham

The Queen's Baton Relay has come to the West Midlands ahead of next month's Commonwealth games in Glasgow.
The baton has been on a tour of more than 70 commonwealth countries.

It began in Victoria Square this morning (2nd June) and then moves through the city ending up in Centenary square tonight.
1. Victoria Square, 8.30 - 9am, badminton and table tennis
2. Sunset Park, 10.30 - 11.30am, badminton, circus skills workshop and dance fitness
3. Holders Lane playing fields, 12.45 - 1.45pm, athletics, hockey, rounders
4. Ward End Park, 2.15 - 3.15pm, boxing, cycling, netball and table tennis
5. Centenary Square, 4 - 7pm, badminton, bowls, boxing, cycling, gymnastics, hockey, rugby sevens, squash, table tennis and wrestling
