Ed and Rachel often get letters and emails from you letting them know about someone special in your life. When they can, they like to give something back from Heart Breakfast!

Emma who works at Birmingham’s Children hospital got in touch with us about 13 year old Kayleigh who lives in Evesham..

Since January her 9 year old brother Jake has been in hospital and has been in intensive care… Kayleigh has sat by his bed, even looked after his tracheotomy and being the most incredible big sister… her mum Emma has just had a baby boy too… so Kayleigh’s help has been incredible..

We were told she about how she has been an unbelievable superstar and is a huge fan of JLS so we all thought…..what can we do?
