Chippenham: woman in collision with car

Wiltshire Police say a woman in her mid-20s has been seriously injured and flown to hospital, after a collision with a car in Chippenham.

It happened at the Bridge Centre roundabout in Chippenham around 10.25am on Saturday. 

Shortly afterwards, police put out an appeal to find out her identity, as it was believed she had been out running at the time and did not have any ID. Her family has since been contacted. 

Police are now asking for any witnesses to come forward with information. If you witnesses this incident and have not yet spoken to police please call 101 and speak to a police operator quoting Log 147.
