A 16 year old boy has suffered facial injuries after being hit with a bottle in Swindon.

It happened at a house party in Linslade Street, Rodbourne at around 10.30pm on Friday 31st October, he also had his mobile stolen. 

The suspect, a teenage boy, is described as white, approximately 16 years old, around 5ft 7ins tall and was wearing a dark coloured hooded top.

PC Simon Peet said: "This was a nasty attack which left the victim with a cut to his head and bruising to his forehead. 

"The assault happened following a house party on Linslade Street and there were a large number of people on the street who are likely to have witnessed the incident take place. I would really like to hear from anyone who was at the house party that night or on the street when this happened."
